The Maynooth Gospel Choir is a college based choir that was founded in 2002. It started under the direction of Michael Faye and is currently under the direction of Eimear Crehan. We rehearse once a week and promote a sense of acceptance and ability — we believe anyone can sing, they just need the right environment!

We do a big variety of gigs, from masses to concerts to Christmas parties to charity events. Our repertoire is a mix of traditional gospel music mixed with more modern music that we have put a gospel twist to. There are between 40–60 members in the choir and it is run by a committee of students who work very hard getting it all right! We can be booked for parties, charity events, promotional work and other events.
